I believe in one God,
the Father almighty, (Universal Consciousness)
maker of heaven and earth, (Plants, animals, and all inanimate matter)
of all things visible and invisible. (The universe, known and unknown, particularly advancing now here on Earth with the help of Hubble Space Telescope and Particle Physics)
I believe in one Lord Jesus Christ, (The person(s) who helped early draft, cognatively limited humans better understand our personal relationship to God: that Love, Compassion, and Empathy are right uses of Energy and Thought)
the Only Begotten Son of God, (All the Matter is created by thought, that is, God)
born of the Father before all ages. (And this as been true since the Big Bang)
God from God, Light from Light,
true God from true God,
begotten, not made, consubstantial with the Father; (Invented, not merely replicated, inseparable, and fully in the present)
through him all things were made. (I must think of this out of time: all things are learning, evolving!)
For us men and for our salvation (For humanity to continue…)
he came down from heaven, (God gave humans brains that can comprehend universal truths)
and by the Holy Spirit was incarnate of the Virgin Mary, (Energy brought life to Earth)
and became man. (A particular individual human named Jesus, every human individual, me included, and all of humanity).
For our sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate (Government, Religion, Science, Art, Education, etc., can be abused, corrupted, misused…to expose the imperfection of man’s understanding and use of knowledge and power to self-organize without faith of a greater consciousness that understands with compassion)
he suffered death and was buried (Humans suffer, we experience war, famine, disease, self-harm, addiction, obscurity, loneliness, physical death),
and rose again on the third day (Progress has been made by the three major religions, by Science, Art, and Love, by many mystical and secular trinities)
in accordance with the Scriptures. (The Bible and other great written works of humanity reveal many truths)
He ascended into heaven (Humans went to the moon, see the edge of the universe through the Hubble, and is transcending his own individual consciousness through meditation and better communication with others)
and is seated at the right hand of the Father. (Humans have reached great levels of consciousness for the good)
He will come again in glory (Humans will come to understand fully…)
to judge the living and the dead (The difference between right and wrong, good and evil, happy and sad, positive and negative, creative and destructive, and God and Jesus and those we love will help us know and choose the right paths, and our systems of organization will achieve Peace and sustainable order)
and his kingdom will have no end. (Human suffering will be transcended, the illusion of time, matter, and space will be revealed, and humanity will reach a full and permanent state of consciousness.)
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life, (Energy cannot be created or destroyed)
who proceeds from the Father and the Son, (Streaming from consciousness and matter)
who with the Father and the Son is adored and glorified, (though Science, Technology, Religion, Art and love of life)
who has spoken through the prophets. (through great individuals who have communicated religious metaphor, endeavored in scientific inquiry, and sustained deep and loving relationships)
I believe in one, holy, catholic and apostolic Church. (A unified, universal, collective understanding of the Truth of God)
I confess one baptism for the forgiveness of sins (I admit that I myself and other humans are not yet perfect, but we can get infinitely closer to being so)
and I look forward to the resurrection of the dead (When all matter becomes perfected)
and the life of the world to come. Amen. (When the future as we now understand it combined with the past: and we understand that the present is all there is, and it is forever. Life is eternal, never created or destroyed, only ever transforming in a continuous, indestructible universe).
